Pros - Exceptional customer service! The wrong proof/ornament was sent the first time and the shop owner was super kind about getting the correct ornament sent to me. I love the bow detail in the bottom of the ornament! Cons - because of the mix up, the correct ornament came late. Also the ornament is super thin. I was expecting thicker quality ornament. Also the picture seems blurry/fuzzy in person. And you’ll see in the picture, the name part of the ornament is already scratched/smudged upon arrival. I like the ornament and am satisfied with my purchase, just a few unexpected things for me ◡̈
